What does a neurocoach do?

A neurocoach supports a personal or professional development process in which you identify goals, explore obstacles and agree actions to review together. At NeuroCoach Miami, we pay particular attention to how you use your attention, the situations that support or disrupt your habits, and the way you decide when priorities compete. We begin with your actual circumstances, responsibilities, resources and desired changes.

02

Turn an aspiration into something you can recognise

Better quality of life, professional progress or a greater sense of ownership over your time are meaningful aspirations. Our work is to clarify what they mean to you. We might explore how to protect time for a project, prepare an important decision or establish a workable routine. Progress can then be considered through specific actions and experiences, using criteria agreed with you.

03

What “neuro” means in our approach

Attention, learning and habits inform the context in which we approach coaching. The name does not imply brain assessment, neurological testing or clinical intervention. Our work centres on reflection, planning and reviewing experience. We explore how your decisions relate to everyday life and what you can learn from trying new actions.

04

A private service, shaped with care

Exclusivity means attention to how your process is designed: goals chosen with you, a professional agreed before you begin and a format suited to the work. This may be a consultation about a decision, an ongoing coaching process or a private intensive focused on one priority. Frequency and fees are set out in your individual proposal.

05

A clear framework for working together

The International Coaching Federation describes coaching as a collaborative relationship concerned with personal and professional potential. This provides context for the conversation we offer: you choose the objective and take an active part in decisions about your process. Needs requiring healthcare assessment or treatment belong in that setting. You can review the reference and service scope below.
